courses

INLAC offers short-term study abroad programs (two to six weeks) to students from around the world, particularly from US and European colleges and universities. The curriculum and duration of each program component is designed in collaboration with the sending institutions. The main components of the programs are: intensive Arabic classes, content courses on Islam, Gender, and Moroccan culture, and multi-disciplinary lectures by outstanding guest speakers. These components are supplemented by visits to the old Medina of Fez, educational guided excursions, musical performances, and a homestay experience. The aim of Arabic language classes and thematic lectures is to make students understand the Moroccan Muslim cultures. As for homestay, it provides students with a unique experience to learn about Moroccan family and traditions, and practice their Arabic on a daily basis. Finally, excursions to the north or the south of Morocco allow students to discover the fascinating Moroccan landscapes, desert, and monuments.
